As Australia’s leading sexual and reproductive healthcare organisation, Marie Stopes International conducts a wide range of research into sexual and reproductive healthcare issues. Each year, one major research assignment is conducted and published. Details of published reports are listed below. Through our National Support Centre we also conduct opinion surveys on various issues in the public domain. For example, in recent research over half of Marie Stopes International clients surveyed preferred a medical abortion over a surgical abortion and 98% supported government action to ensure RU486’s availability in Australia. |
